Have our initial team meeting to go over the morning’s pick-up and delivery plan. 2. We will load the trucks with items from the local storage area. 3. We will typically do donation pick-ups first; loading the remaining space in the trucks. 4. Our volunteers simply play games and have fun together, helping to create friendships and connections that are so vital for everyone.
