Who We Are
StepUp Wilmington is a local nonprofit with nearly 25 of experience supporting the Wilmington Community through skills training, professional development, and self confidence! We are responsive to the needs of our participants, and recognize that many members of our community face significant barriers to employment, and that's what makes StepUp Wilmington so special! We provide 1:1 support, ongoing goal planning, and provide scholarships for certificate and credential programs. We're excited to meet you - be prepared to change some lives!
