Ten years ago, we imagined a golf tournament that did more than just crown a champion, it fueled a movement. Our collaborative fundraiser, Teeing Off with The Harrelson Center does just that.
The Harrelson Center team handles all the logistics so our 40+ nonprofit partners can focus on recruiting the sponsors who fuel their missions. A portion of the sponsorship funds recruited by a partner goes directly back to that partner, providing vital resources for their work.
TOURNAMENT SETUP VOLUNTEER

Commitment: 2 Hours
Date: September 14 | 8AM - 10AM
ABOUT THIS ROLE
As part of the Tournament Setup Team, volunteers will help prepare the golf tournament for sponsors, golfers, and guests before event day.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist with unloading event supplies and materials
- Set up food/ beverage/ coffee
- Set up registration tables and sponsor signage
- Prepare raffle displays and hospitality areas
- Help organize golfer and event spaces
- Support staff with final setup needs
