What We Do
Smart Start of New Hanover County provides services that strengthen families, raises the quality of early care and education, promotes wellness, and inspires early literacy so children, prenatal to five, have the physical, intellectual, and emotional supports they need to enter Kindergarten ready to learn and thrive.
