Help us fuel Wilmington's workforce! StepUp Wilmington is an organization with nearly 25 years experience in supporting the development of job seekers, many of whom face significant barriers.
CareerUp is our continuing development program, designed to increase skill building and overall growth in our program graduates. It is an Wednesday evening program where we provide a delicious meal, and then facilitate a professional development session. We are looking for an enthusiastic team (or pair!) to prepare meals for our October programs (the dates of which are below):

By volunteering for Dinner Crew at our CareerUp program, you will provide the supplies for, and cook dinner for a group of 15-30 individuals in a commercial kitchen. Volunteers also have the option of preparing some or all of the meal in your own home, and bringing the food to the program.
